  • Use the "Approximate Location" feature to share your general area rather than your exact location.

  • Avoid sharing personal information such as your home address, phone number, or financial details.

  • Keep conversations within the TRVL app to maintain your privacy and security.

2. Trust Your Instincts

  • If something feels off or too good to be true, trust your gut.

  • Be cautious if someone pressures you to meet quickly or share private information.

  • You can block and report users who make you feel uncomfortable or suspicious.

3. Plan Safe Meetups

  • Always meet in public, well-lit locations with other people around (e.g., cafes, parks, or popular tourist spots).

  • Inform a trusted friend or family member about your plans, including who you are meeting, where, and when.

  • Arrange your own transportation to and from the meeting point.

4. Verify and Communicate
