The Travel WiFi device and cable weigh 215 grams.
2. How soon before I fly do I need to order the Travel WiFi device?
TRVL can send devices to all Australia Post metropolitan areas. To ensure that the Travel WiFi device arrives at your postal address at least three days before you leave, we encourage you to place your order at least 10 days before you leave.
3. Who pays for postage of the Travel WiFi device to and from me?
TRVL will pay for and arrange the delivery of the device to your postal address and will provide you with a prepaid Registered Post envelope for you to return the Travel WiFi device once you return.
Please note: You must post the device back to us in good working condition within 2 business days of the end of your rental term. When returning your device please return it in its container we sent it to you in.
4. What address do I return the Travel WiFi device to?
You are provided by TRVL a prepaid envelope with the address prefilled, however if this envelope has been misplaced you will be required to post it back to us at your expense.

5. How can I pay for the Travel WiFi device rental and data?
TRVL accepts valid Visa and Mastercard credit or debit cards. Card holders need to be over the age of 18.
6. How long after I return do I need to send back the Travel WiFi device?
TRVL encourages you to post the Travel WiFi device back the day of arrival (the end of your rental term) or the day after arrival (within 2 business days).
Late fees do apply for late returns. The maximum extended rental fee for late devices is $250.
7. How do I contact TRVL from overseas?

8. How do I upgrade my daily data allowance once I am overseas?
It is possible to increase your daily data from the 512mb option to the 1GB option via the TRVL website (upgrade data allowance).
Please keep in mind that above your data allowance (of 512mb or 1GB) you are still able to access unlimited data at 200kbps (up to 150mbps in Japan, China, Taiwan and South Korea).
Any upgrades take up to 48hours to apply and the difference in cost will be charged to your credit or debit card.
9. How much will it cost to upgrade my daily data allowance from 512mb to 1GB?
It only costs an extra $2 per day to move from the 512mb option to the 1GB option.
10. What is the admin fee for?
The admin fee is incurred to cover the 5 days grace period that you will be in possession of the device before (3 days) and after (2 days) your rental term.
11. How many devices (laptops, tablets, etc) can I connect to the Travel WiFi hotspot?
You can connect up to 5 devices to the Travel WiFi hotspot at any one time– this includes laptops, mobile phones, tablets, etc
12. How do I turn on the Travel WiFi device?
The power button is on the right hand side of the device slightly below the screen.
Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to turn the device ON/OFF.
Quickly press the power button to wake the device up from sleep mode or to switch between the display screens.
Press and hold the power button for 15 seconds to rest/ restart the device.
